Our rooms and studio are rented out with services included, so that you can fully focus on what really counts – studying and being a student. We were of course also students ourselves once, and we realise the importance of that second home where you will spend some of the best years of your life. We have therefore chosen to completely unburden our students to guarantee them a carefree student life, on multiple levels.

The building is brand new, provides every comfort and contemporary needs, and meets the latest energy and fire safety standards. All units have modern facilities such as high-speed internet connection with redundant backup connection, videophone, coffee corner, LED lighting, built-in microwave oven, built-in refrigerator, and a cupboard with hanging and storage area.

Through the modern entrance hall on the ground floor you reach the 2 rooms on the ground floor. Each room has a private bathroom with rain shower. The entrance hall opens onto a small courtyard at the back, there is an indoor bicycle storage place with a charging point for electric bicycles.

The rooms are fully furnished with trendy materials and equipped with spacious custom-made desks, modern lighting fixtures and a lovely hotel quality boxspring bed! All units have a private, high-quality bathroom with rain shower, a modern shower wall in glass, hanging toilet, trendy washbasin furniture and mirror with LED lighting. The sanitary cells are finished with contemporary black design faucets.

The two communal, modern kitchens with dishwasher are located on the first and second floor. The studio has its own private kitchen.

The student rooms are offered fully furnished, including all the aforementioned functionalities, including high-speed redundant internet (double ISP, wired + WiFi), including ergonomic desk chair and spacious premium hotel bed (bed box, slatted base and box spring mattress - the topper* is charged separately per student before the first use).

Also included: regular cleaning of all communal parts (entrance hall, stairwell, floors, kitchens, ...), facilities for waste collection, maintenance and minor repairs, insurance, ... .

The only costs charged separately are the individual consumption of energy, heating and water, and the obligatory second home tax at student rate.
