The table below is valid for the academic year 2026 – 2027. Crossed out units are not available for the current nor upcoming academic year.

The amounts mentioned with regards to the cost of energy (electricity and gas) and water are based on the average historical usage, and subject to change yearly depending on the evolution of market prices.

In addition to the stated prices, there is a one-off cost per student at the beginning of the first rental period for the individualised mattress topper. The topper remains the property of the tenant after the end of the contract.

There is no possibility to register your official residence (domicile) in our residence. The tax on second residences (student rate) amounts to €190 for the 2026 - 2027 academic year, or €250 if the required documents are submitted after January 1st, 2027. This tax will be collected together with the September rent.
